The location was amazing. it was just a short walk from the airport shuttle bus stop and right next to a market. The location was super convenient!
The bathroom cleanliness was not acceptable. the front part of the toilet had visible urine splashes, and there were two pieces of broken glass inside the bathtub. It was also a safety hazard.

the bed was very comfortable. kettle, fridge and safe are all in the spacious superior room. even though you may not get a superior room, it is worth it for the quiet.
one of the staff members was a bit rude because one said our room was ready and we could go up. the other staff member did not want us to, annoying. it was their washing day and they said we could not get our clothes washed.

the location is very good near the city center. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. it is easy to get around from here.

the front desk provided an early check-in. this was a very cute gesture after a long traveling time. the staff were kind and helpful at all times. they assisted with directions and recommendations.
